FAQ's
Is it possible to run the vehicle on just HHO alone without any other fuel?
No. Not yet, we are working on improving the technology but at this stage it is still out of reach.
How much fuel will I save?
This depends entirely on what type of engine and vehicle it is fitted to. Some vehicles get huge savings and others not as much. This is because all engines are different and so are their drivers. On one of our test vehicles a Mazda 6 2003 model we had an increase of 28% but on a Caterpillar Dozer we got 63% and we have had everything in between. Even 2 identical cars will get different figures based on things such as where they drive, how fast they accelerate and how much weight they carry in their vehicle. Another major fuel consumption issue is the mechanical state of the vehicle, has it been looked after and serviced, do you have roof racks or not, are the wheels properly aligned. All of these things can change on a daily basis so we recommend the following.
Take 3 drive tests using exactly the same route over 3 different distances (nine in total). Make sure you use the same type of petrol and at the same garage at the same pump each time and fill it to the 1st click only. Also depending on your situation try to have the same conditions, e.g.: aircon on or off, the same number of people in your car and note is it wet or dry? This is what our company and our manufactures have done to be able to prove the technology and we have done it over and over again. It’s a time consuming process but if you want to know for sure you have to establish a reasonable base line of fuel consumption.
Next fit our device and repeat all the above testing and compare the differences, you will then have a reasonable percentage increase to judge. If anyone knows a better way to do this without a vehicle sitting on a dyno for hours please let us know. Our testing team will love you for it! Our testing is done on real roads under real conditions, at this point in time we don’t know how to improve on that.
I want to help save the planet how much emission reduction will I get?
This again varies from vehicle to vehicle. In a Government Testing facility in Vancouver Canada a reduction of 51.5% in greenhouse gas emissions on a Cummings 5.9L Turbo Diesel was achieved. In the emissions calculator below, that’s the equivalent of you planting 38 full grown trees every year!!
This again depends completely on the individual vehicle. In the video below the same vehicle which has just completed the emissions testing is placed on a dyno and gets an extra 76.4Hp from a 5.9L cummins turbo diesel!!!
We are excited..... WHY??..... Read about the latest Government testing below, see the results for yourself!
The maximum allowable Hydro Carbons is 126 parts per million, with our device fitted to your car the vehicles emissions were 1.1 PARTS PER MILLION... So this means your vehicle will be producing 125 PPM less polloution than allowable!!... Click Here to see the latests Governement testing
What will this gas do to my engine long term, will it damage it?
No – this gas will not damage your engine in fact it has the exact opposite effect. The HHO gas removes carbon deposits and cleans out your engine and flushes away the carbon deposits out the exhaust. Below are videos and a magazine article. The 1st video is of a Golf GTI in the UK and the second is the inside of an electric genset motor. The Golf has driven 125000 miles on petrol only and then 30000 miles as a hybrid. The results are amazing. The Magazine article is of the same Golf GTI and written by the journalist who were present at the video shooting.
Yes many companies are using this gas for Cooking and Cutting Steel as well as home heating and water heating. See Below all the different applications
Is it dangerous to have HHO gas under my bonnet?
Not any more dangerous than having petrol or diesel under there. The HHO Generators that we sell you include a PRV (pressure relief valve) so that if there is any backfire or the hho gas gets any spark in it at all, the PRV valve opens to allow all pressure to escape. If this happens, all you have to do is reset the valve and you are ready to go again with no damage. Like petrol, Hydrogen gas is explosive, which is why it helps increase your fuel economy. Unlike petrol, you make only what you need (Hydrogen on demand), so you're not storing 40-80 litres of it under the back seat like petro or diesel. You only have a tiny amount being stored in the hoses as it is drawn into the engine. Treat it with the same respect as you would petrol, and you'll be fine.
What happens if my HHO generator runs out of water while driving?
Nothing, except that it will no longer produce any Hydrogen. The electric current travels through the water to make the gas – If there is no water your generator will just sit there waiting to be topped up.
Does it work on all vehicles?
We have done extensive testing on many vehicles both old and new. We
have however not tested every vehicle ever made, so perhaps we may come
across a vehicle which presents some problems. The largest problem we
had to overcome was getting the car’s computer to accept the new fuel
combination. It works like this. Because we make 2 parts hydrogen and 1
part oxygen from the water, we are putting more oxygen into the motor.
This is fantastic because we reduce greenhouse gases but modern engines have a
device called an o2 sensor. This device tells your car how much oxygen
is in the exhaust and the car’s computer regulates the amount of fuel
based on these readings. So if the car’s computer reads more oxygen,
then it try’s to compensate by adding more fuel. This is of course the
exact opposite of what we want. So we recommend all newer cars get a
VOLO chip. We include this in our kits. They are built with the single
purpose of teaching your car’s computer to accept the hybrid fuel.
VOLO chips are a simple device that connects via the cars OBD2 port
which is found under the dash. VOLO chips are specific to the year,
make and model of your car. It doesn’t matter whether your car may have
a 6cyl or 8cyl, petrol or diesel. The VOLO has all the different
variations for that vehicle built into it. When it is installed, it
communicates with the cars computer and selects the appropriate
information automatically. No programming or adjustments required.
Do I have to make any changes to my vehicles engine or vehicle computer?
On newer vehicles, the engines computer reads the info from the O2 sensor, Throttle position sensor and the Mass air flow sensor and then makes the necessary adjustments to the fuel/air mixture automatically.
The best results are obtained using a mini computer that teaches your cars computer how to adjust to the fresh inflow of oxygen and hydrogen as alternative fuels (It's kind of like giving your engine a lung transplant). They are not expensive and we include the VOLO Chip in all of our car kits that require it.
What If there isn't a chip available for my vehicle will it still work?
Yes we have another device called and EFIE (Electroninc Fuel Injection Enhancer), this device is used on engines with fuel injection made prior to 1996. It does the same job as the chip but does it in a different way by connecting to the actual O2 sensors themselves directly.
How much electricity will it use from my vehicle?
This depends on how much Hydrogen you want to make. All our units start at 1amp but we recommend between 18-30 amps depending on you application. Our larger unit can produce the same quanity of gas at lower amps. Our R&D team are constantly working on design improvements to lower the amps drawn by the vehicle. If you have an unusal application apart from a normal vehicle or truck please contact us for advice.
If it uses power from my vehicle how can it improve fuel economy?
When hydrogen is added to an engine
it enables nearly all of the fuel to be burnt instead of being wasted
as
exhaust or heat. When this occurs the engine becomes more efficent
so
fuel enconomy increases despite the energy required to create the
gas and greenhouse gas emissions decrease.
Please read the technical data below from the Society of Automotive Engineers International which explains this phenomenon..
Do you have any customers I can contact?
Yes click below
Do you have any scientific data or papers I can view on this
technology?
Yes, here are several links to the showing how adding hydrogen both
increases flame burn rate and therefore increases engine efficency and
as well reduces harmful greenhouse gas emissions at the same time.
No – However Check with your manufacturer – contact us if you have a problem.
By law if your car has a gearbox problem and you have fitted an aftermarket part or device in your car’s engine than obviously the new item didn’t cause the problem. It has to be proven by the manufacture that the new part or device caused the problem. Our HHO generators use the existing car or truck motor in its original form. We don’t change the design of the car from manufactures specifications. We just add an improved way to burn the fuel (petrol or diesel) more efficiently.
Our company is rapidly expanding across the country. We do not have dealers everywhere as yet but contact us for details. Also prospective Dealer enquiries can be directed to us via our contact us page.
I would like to promote you product but I don’t want to be an established dealer... Is there anything for me?
Our company is considering an Affliiate programme whereby any recommendations to family and friends would give you a financial return based on a succesful sale. This is a new concept in marketing which we believe could be quiet succesfull. If you would like to be considered, contact us via our web page. All afflilates would have to pass a criminal history check.
Is there any tech support available?
Of course, we provide online and phone support if you need it. We don’t charge for this as some companies do. We will do our best to resolve any problems you may have. We prefer you to contact us via our web page email under the tech support, but if you really need to, call us; we will do our utmost to resolve your issue.

What if I want to move the HHO Hydrogen Generator to another vehicle?
It's very easy to transfer to another vehicle, although mounting needs may be different for each one. In front of the radiator in between it and the grill works well for most models. Other areas are next to the radiator or behind the headlights. Sometimes you have to move a few things around, but it's worth it. Contact us if you need help.
Does the HHO system have a warranty?
Yes we have the best warranty of any other company in Australia. We cover our product for 5yr or 150000kms.
Why is your warranty better than other companies?
We use titanium plates in our generators not stainless steel. Stainless steel works but this is the 1st Generation of HHO systems. Our Plates are 2nd Generation and are currently the best in the world. Stainless Steel also produces harmful carcinogenic called Hexavalent Chromium which is released in the brown dirty water which will form with these older systems. Follow this link to view information about Hexavalent Chromium. You can also watch this video and view this safety warning here.

Our units use sodium sulfate or commonly known as Glauber’s salt -
Glauber's salt
The Columbia Encyclopedia, Sixth Edition | 2008 | The Columbia Encyclopedia, Sixth Edition. Copyright 2008 Columbia University Press.
Glauber's salt common name for sodium sulfate decahydrate, Na 2 SO 4 ·10H 2 O; it occurs as white or colorless monoclinic crystals. Upon exposure to fairly dry air it effloresces, forming powdery anhydrous sodium sulfate . Johann Glauber was the first to produce the salt (from Hungarian spring waters). The naturally occurring salt is called mirabilite. Glauber's salt is water soluble, has a salty, bitter taste, and is sometimes used in medicine as a mild laxative; it is also used in dyeing.
Our Systems are without question the best on the market!
Clean water. No rust, sludge or slim.
No maintenance. When the water is clear, no flushing, or disassembly required.
20x more surface area per sq. inch.
More surface area = less plates = smaller unit = easier to install
We use Sodium Sulfate. Sodium Sulfate is used by Veterinarians to treat animals and is safe for you and your family.
We don’t use KOH or NOAH. Sodium and Potassium Hydroxide are harmful to your engine long term, and will harm you if you come in contact with it.
Why Haven't Car Manufacturers Used This Technology?
To be completely honest I don't know. However here are some facts to consider.
The Internal Combustion Engine has not changed a lot over the last 100yrs.
The Model T Ford in 1909 got up to 21 mpg according to Wikipedia which is about 11.7L/100kms
After 100 years of development although more powerful, the car engine still get around the same figures because although newer it is still the basic 4 or 2 stroke design, which is inefficient.
Car companies build their cars with an initial design which may be 10 years in development before release.
Car and oil companies have been known to work on many joint projects.
Fuel up until recently has been relatively cheap and the demand for Hybrid Technology has not been that important.
Water can't be taxed like fossil fuel products.
Consumer demand drives what manufacturers develop.
Water is basically free.
Governments make policy on car manufacturers and how they conduct their business.
Also the only way car makers are able to make a profit is to bring out new technology in a new car so you willl buy it. If they brought this technology as a retrofit item to existing cars, how long would it take for them to sell you a new one? I mean if an old 1994 Ford Falcon can get 5.32L/100kms as per the today tonight story on our home page, which has better fuel economy than the latest Toyota Camry Hybrid of 6L/100kms, why would you buy the new car?? Get the idea..
Now from all this many conclusions could be drawn. A skeptical person may think that perhaps the car manufacturers and the oil companies and the governments are in some type of agreement or some unspoken understanding. Thankfully I'm not into conspiracy theories, but what I can tell you is that studies on this technology have been around for over 30 years but as yet, not introduced by mainstream manufacturers. Also at recent SAE conference GM R&D’s J. Gary Smyth said " The basic takeaway from what powertrain experts said when looking out as far as 2050 is strikingly similar to what they might say about 2011: There is a fundamental need to improve the efficiency of the internal-combustion engine (ICE)." Read the full story here...
A company in Italy called Nevis are currently producing an engine, which is far superior.
The NEVIS(New Exhaust Valve & Intake System) engine is an innovative Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) that within a single patented engine design is estimated to nearly double the fuel efficiency attained by conventional ICE technologies. Its modular cylinder construction (e.g. 2, 4, 6 or 8 cylinder engines from a one-cylinder block) offers opportunities to enhance manufacturing efficiency while allowing a single facility to produce a wide range of engine sizes for varying power needs suited for diverse applications (automotive, aeronautic and marine). Its versatile design means it can be configured to be fuelled not only by gasoline but also by diesel, hydrogen and bio-fuels.
A traveller was walking along a beach when he saw a woman scooping up starfish off the sand and tossing them into the waves. Curious, he asked her what she was doing. The woman replied "When the tide goes out it leaves these starfish stranded on the beach. They will dry up and die before the tide comes back in, so I am throwing them back into the sea where they can live."
The traveller then asked her "But this beach is miles long and there are hundreds of stranded starfish, many will die before you reach them - do you really think throwing back a few starfish is really going to make a difference?"
The woman picked up a starfish and looked at it, then she threw it into the waves. "It makes a difference to this one" she said.
The only way car manufactures will change is if you demand it, so, will you?
